The collection contains 2 copies of a circular letter to University students from Downing Tait, Ted Butterworth, Tim Smith, and Archer Blood asking for their vote for the Victory Ticket in the upcoming College elections for the Honor Committee. The letter explains that the candidates are all Ravens with high scholastic and long service records and "abandons the theory that the Honor Committee can be chosen from only a handful of wealthy, Mad Lane fraternity members who belong to the snazzy set. The Victory Party does not consider the secrets of Eli and the pledge to Tilka prerequisites for membership on the Honor Committee."
